This book was the first one of Palahniuk's books that didn't seem to have a revelation at the end. Instead, it was more like a crazy adventure/horror novel. It was a lot of fun to read, however, and very creative. A certain lullaby in a certain book is known to kill those who have it read to them. A man who has lost his wife and child because of this lullaby goes on a trek to eliminate all copies of the book.

This book has a few crazy twists and even some magic. It was a really fun book and a good read.
